This paper was based in one essay from my Msc in SPRU. I got fascinated with the definition of diversity explained by Andy Stirling and I tried to reframe my old ideas on transport system from a new socio technical point of view. It was my first paper in an international conference but also my first time explaining European approaches back In Argentina. Just small ideas and big experiences.
